Drawn from the Caspian Sea and selected from the rarest Beluga roe, our 000 reserve is brought to London where it is quietly matured for years before release, allowing it’s texture, depth and finish to reach perfect expression.
Beluga 000 is among the rarest caviars in the world, prized for its exceptional grain size, delicate structure and naturally refined, buttery finish. Produced in extremely limited quantities, only a small proportion of each harvest is ever worthy of the 000 designation.
Presented in our signature house box with mother-of-pearl spoon, caviar key and integrated cooling compartment, and finished in certified edible rose gold.
